Just English

All Just English staff are well provided with intensive training, ongoing support and long-term development. Administrative staff are given training on every detail of the daily operations of the centre, and each duty is scheduled and documented. Teachers are given initial training on how to use the Just English materials through workshops, peer practice and teaching practicums. Regular professional development workshops and peer networking sessions help teachers to maintain quality standards and keep pace with modern technology. Teachers are also encouraged to join the TESOL programme.
