Just English

The Literature Component for Secondary Schools is an online resource/guide for Malaysian secondary school students who are preparing for the English literature component in PMR and SPM. This resource is meant for self-study.

Currently, materials based on the following books are available:

• Prisoner of Zenda (for PMR level)
• The Pearl (for SPM level)
• 3 Poems and 3 Short Stories (for PMR level)
• 6 Poems and 5 Short Stories (for SPM level)

There will be more contents, such as poems and short stories for lower secondary schools coming up soon.

Actual reading of the books is essential, the materials featured here will further enhance your understanding.

Students can have access to the following contents:

• Synopsis, summary, setting, plot, character, themes, moral values, language, aspects of novel/short story, biography of author and etc.
• Comprehension questions and answers for practice and can be downloaded.
• Interactive flash games for fun and reinforcement.
• Sample questions of SPM English 1119 papers.
• Great illustrations of the characters to accompany the novels.
